Et Laasot is a non-profit organization in Israel that is dedicated to improving the lives of developmentally challenged children and their families in Netanya.
Et Laasot was founded in 2006 by Yossi Munk, the father of a disabled child. Rabbi Monk’s son Hizkiyahu Boaz was born in 1995 with a severe case of cerebral palsy and is completely paralyzed. He is unable to communicate and receives nourishment through a tube placed in his stomach.
Since Munk experienced firsthand the challenges involved with raising a child with special needs, he decided to establish an organization dedicated to helping other families with developmentally challenged children.
Et Laasot works hand-in-hand with schools and youth movements and has over 1000 volunteers who bring joy into the lives of over 200 families.
