About 50 volunteers from Beit Shemesh branch participated the volunteer training, which took place on January 23rd 2022.

The training was in the subject of behavior analysis, and was led by professional staff of the welfare services.

The training was held both frontal and by Zoom.

The volunteers splited into groups of 5, and each group was led by a professional instructor to discuss and develop practical tools in the work with the special child:
observation, empowerment, overcoming difficulties, developing shared success expiriences and coping with dilemmas.

At the end of the professional training, the volunteers enjoyed dinner - donated by Humus Eliyahu, and a social enrichment activity which was orgenized and jeld by the leading team of Ulpena Gilo.
